Terms and Conditions of Use

Basic rules and contractual obligations governing navigation across ICAP's institutional portals.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and browsing the pages or digital ecosystems of the Com a Palavra Institute (ICAP), the user expresses full agreement with the clauses, current policies, and terms described herein.

2. Intellectual Property

All technical documentary collections, evidence reports, structured trademarks, layouts, logotypes, proprietary methodologies, and scientific materials displayed belong exclusively to ICAP, protected under the Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/98). Unauthorized commercial reproduction or exploitation without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Obligations and Conduct

The user agrees to use the digital environment strictly for lawful purposes and technical consultations. It is strictly forbidden to attempt to bypass access validation systems, inject malicious scripts, or damage the institution's structural data ecosystem.

4. Governing Forum

To resolve any disputes or technical controversies arising from the application of these Terms, the parties mutually elect the forum of the district of ICAP's official administrative headquarters, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
